Trades not feeding from eSpeed to customers via STP

What should I check, which logs? Tried everything, pulling my hair out, somebody help me please.

Have you checked the logs
I presume all the background processes are running . An you have checked the logs. You could stop and restart the processes or check in DB whether there are any trades due to be processed. Prehaps the error lies with STP.
